Overall very pleased with the workmanship of K&X; scope of work expanded to a two story renovation; nothing Kristian and team couldn’t do.

I've got a 112 year old hose that is pretty solid, but it had a cracked floor joist and part of the flooring wasn't properly supported. I hired Kristian and his team to install a couple of lally columns to support a carrying beam and sister a couple of floor joists. Many contractors wouldn't even return my call because I wasn't looking to complete a huge remodel job, but Kristian came over, gave me a fair verbal estimate on the spot, and worked with me on timing to complete the project. Not only that, but the solution wasn't overly complicated. The job was straightforward, completed exactly as described in the time described, and there was no scope creep. If I ever have a larger need, they'll certainly be my first call. I would highly recommend K&X construction if you need any services that they offer.

I hired K and X construction for my master bathroom. They did such a nice job I contracted with them to do my guest bathroom. Kristian and his crew were knowledgeable, clear in his communication, fair with his pricing, timely, and most of all a man of honesty and integrity. I see a bright future for this young man. Keep up the great work Christian. If you have a job, K and X will get the job done with excellence.

Kristian and his team are exceptionally reliable, professional, and detail-oriented. The quality of the work was really above and beyond. We especially appreciated the care they took in making sure everything looked perfect before they left - all the trim matched the other trim; two coats of paint on everything; all the dust was cleaned up. Another thing I appreciated was while our walls were opened up, they saw our plumbing was super old so they just updated it to the modern standard. Itâ s thoughtful and smart decisions like this that made the project so successful. We have a very old and often surprising house and they did an amazing job with it.

Kristian was very easy to work with and showed up always when he said he would. Kristian made sure to get us all the proper permits and made sure everything was under contract which just enforced his reliability. We had our entire upstairs gutted and redone. New framing, insulation, electrical, drywall and paint. All of his employees were kind and very professional. They made sure we were happy with everything and stressed that it was very important to them. Our experience was great and we would definitely recommend him to others and we look forward to more projects being done with them in the future.

It's tough to hire a contractor these days. You're always worried that you are going to make the wrong choice. My experience with Kristen and his crew was definitely beyond my expectations the communication is spot on there's no doubt as to what's going on the work is top notch and we are hiring them for more renovation work. They repaired a ceiling that fell down and replaced the carpeting in two bedrooms and stairs in my condo. They did a very good job in a timely manner and were always reachable. I would very much recommend them.
