 + -1 moreWe were not happy with them at all. We received different stories from different employees when it came to diagnosing the issue, the office staff was rude, and they ordered the wrong part. Ultimately, they did the fix the problem.

 + -1 moreThe service technician came out within a day of my contact to Jeffs and diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. He ordered the necessary part and was back within a week to complete the repair. Everything went very well.
Description of Work: The readout on my double wall oven went blank.

 + -1 moreWe called them and they came out the next day and fixed the problem quickly. I wasn't home when they did the work, but I didn't hear any bad stories from my wife. The price was reasonable.
Description of Work: They fixed a dryer that was making a lot of squeaking noises, so replaced ball bearings and the drum.

 + -1 moreMy dishwasher broke, and KitchenAide gave me the number of a repair service that they recommended. I called and they gave me the first available repair date which was over a week away and where I had to be available from 8am until 5pm, a 9 hour window where I couldn't leave the home with two small kids! I went on Angie's List, and found Jeff's Appliances. He gave me an available date only two business days from the date I called, and he only required a three hour (9am-noon) window. He was on time, fixed the problem in 30 minutes, and told me how to prevent it in the future.
Description of Work: He fixed my dish washer.

 + -1 moreI FELT WHAT HE DID WAS VERY GOOD. HE CAME WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, DID WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD, AND CHARGED ACCORDINGLY. IT WAS VERY WELL CLEANED AND DIDN'T HAVE ANY ODOR. I THOUGHT THAT IT WAS A FAIR PRICE BASED ON PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES HAVING APPLIANCES REPAIRED, AND BUYING NEW APPLIANCES.

 + -1 moreI HAD NO PROBLEMS. I LIKE WHAT THEY DID. I HEARD ABOUT THEM THROUGH THE PHONE BOOK. THE LAST ONES I HAD DIDN'T FIX MY MACHINE RIGHT. THEY HAD TO COME BACK A YEAR LATER AND FIX THE SAME THING. THEY WERE CHEAPER. THEY WERE HERE AND THEN THE MACHINE WAS STILL LEAKING AFTER THEY FIXED THE SEAL, AND THEY CAME RIGHT BACK OUT AND FIXED IT AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME ANYTHING.
Description of Work: I NEEDED A NEW SEAL ON MY WASHING MACHINE.
