+ -1 moreWorking with Kevin was great. He seemed very knowledgeable about the work he was doing and could explain everything he was doing and his reasoning for doing it in that way. From talking to him I felt confident about what he did initially in terms of catching the mice and the follow-up with the poison. It was laid in traps that were safe to be around our home, which includes our young son. He also guaranteed his work, saying he'd return to follow-up if any further evidence was found. Nothing's been found, and we're grateful to him for that!
Description of Work: Kevin came to do an initial assessment of the mouse situation we were experiencing. He set out traps to determine and catch the mice in the various crawl spaces and then returned after a couple of days to clear the mouse traps and put down poison in each area, based on what was needed.

+ -1 moreTHEY LAID TRAPS AND SPRAYED THE ENTIRE HOUSE. THEY CAME BACK A FEW TIMES TO CHANGE THE TRAPS AND MAKE SURE THEY WERE DOING WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO.
Description of Work: THEY CAME OUT AND GOT RID OF A TERMITE PROBLEM THAT WE HAD.
