+ -1 moreThis company was given the highest rating and it is right in my town. I thought my problem was solved. When I called they answered the phone and I spoke to a real person ( great!) she seemed very nice and assured me that the man would call me that day. I waited at least two days before I called back. My pool was in bad shape it was black I had waited too long to open it, I really needed help. I called again and was assured they would call right back. Another weekend passed, finally I heard from them on my answering machine. I had already gotten a pool company from Wallingford at least 45 minutes from me to come out. If a company is too busy people can understand but they should be honest.
Description of Work: I called this company twice. I was assured they would get right back to me. It took them a week by then i had found someone else. I had the feeling they didn't want the job.
