James Amante responded to my query quickly. He explained the options with costs (repair/new washing machine) and was never pushy. We decided to repair, he ordered parts immediately and called as soon as they came in. The next day the washing machine was repaired and now works beautifully. Jim is very professional, works quickly, is punctual, and is very reasonably priced. We will definitely use Jim again for any appliance repairs.

He delivered over and above as promised as he arrived to my home within 15 minutes and fixed my washer in less than 30 minutes. He was so prompt, courteous, reasonably priced & knowledgeable that by the time he finished another contractor called for the bid and I told it him it was already done & taken care of and even he couldn't believe it!
