He arrived on time. He was able to repair my dryer which I had been told was irreparable by another company. He did everything that he said he would do and didn't try do anything extra. He was courteous, polite and I would hire him.

Our refrigerator was not operating properly. The service man, Jim, made an appointment for that afternoon and kept to his time window. The problem was a simple one, which he explained thoroughly. While at the site, he also cleaned the coils and adjusted the height of the frig so it could be rolled out more easily. All done for the cost of a simple service call.

Jim came out within 24 hours. He was friendly & professional. He answered a million of my questions while he was diagnosing the problem with my dryer. The service call cost was applied to the cost of the repair so we didn't have a separate cost just for showing up. Highly recommended!
