Price wasn't discussed before Frig was repaired. Price wasn't too high but it was still a shock for the what was done to fix the leaking frig.

I had Jim come over to assess my washing machine. He arrived promptly and gave me an estimate. Thankfully, it was not a major problem and he came back within a couple days with the part to repair. It. All went well and the washer has been working fine. I would call again.

Fast, & friendly, Jim is personable and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem our dishwasher presented, then made an honest effort to find the parts required to repair it at a fair price. The repair was made in a timely fashion, and now it's running just fine.
