Description of Work: I cannot say enough good things about real estate agent Rosemary Corrona. Beginning last year, we were trying to sell my deceased mother- in- law's small duplex co-op unit. At the time, of course, the real estate market was severely depressed (and in this particular area in Stratford, still is). We had hired an agent from a different agency on a six month contract. He did nothing to try and sell it; in fact, we had to point out his spelling errors in the MLS listing and it got worse from there. He literally abandoned the listi At the same time, Rosemary brought a potential buyer to see the unit. It has been completely renovated. The buyer made an offer, based on trying to buy it for her parents. Unforunately, the deal fell through. But before it did, Rosemary worked for weeks trying to put it together, exploring all financing possibilities and ways to make it possible. She is one of the most professional and dedicated agents I have eveer met - and I sold real estate myself, so I think I am a fairly good judge. Remember, at this point she was the agent for the buyer, not us. Frankly, at the time, we wished it were the other way around. By the time our original contact expired and we had not heard from our agent, who never answered a call or email in months (calling and emailing his Broker was a wasted effort as wel), winter was coming and we saw no sense in listing again at that time. Now, however, we're hoping that the selling season has improved a bit and so we decided to put it up for sale again. But this time we asked Rosemary to list it for us!!! If anyone can sell it, she can. We do not live in CT, but have every faith in Rosemary - in her dedication, her work ethic, and her outstanding manner of dealing with people. And I know that she will return every call and email, and she and her agency will market it in its best light.
