At first very professional. Work went really well through most of job and was of good quality. When it can to the final installations and work, he was difficult to contact and didn't keep appointments. He is a very nice and engaging person and had our trust. I made the mistake of paying him half of the final installment before the work was completed. After that, it was very difficult to get a hold of him and took repeated unanswered phone calls and missed appointments. A very frustrating process. What started out as an excellent relationship deteriorated to the point I would never use him again. That is not to say he isn't good at installing kitchens. I think that if you had a plan where he would be at your project from start to finish and made sure you kept your final payment until work was completed, you would be okay with him.

Mike's work is beautiful, and his suggestions very helpful. He completed the work in the time agreed, except for the punch list. He was always pleasant, professional and helpful. He had no experience with the backsplash we chose, and followed the manufacturer's directions to the letter. He advocated for us with the appliance delivery people, who were very difficult. Even months later, we get compliments on his work.
Description of Work: We did a complete kitchen remodel, including floors, walls, plumbing, electrical, appliances and cabinets.

Mike is originally a carpenter by trade and very meticulous. Gave us good advice on lay out and started the job on date agreed, we had a hiccup as the tub did not arrive in a timely manner (not his fault) so the work ran over by a week. Clean up was very good. he works alone and occasionally has his son help. Does a lot of work with Direct Buy kitchen people. Once we chose him I was a bit concerned as he seemed very busy and did not call me back right away, but once we signed the contract he gives out his cell phone and prompt communication was not a problem.
