They were wonderful to deal with, quick to return phone calls. The crew was courteous, and efficient. The Radon system worked and we went from a rating of 7 to a rating of 2. So I am very happy with the product.

I called them in for radon ventilation services. They gave me a certain plan to install the system a certain way. I paid them a deposit and scheduled the service. When they came in, their team wanted to drill my concrete floor and close a certain drain, which was completely different than the plan they had marketed to me before. I didn't allow them to start their work and sent them away, and I asked for my deposit back. They wouldn't agree to give the deposit back. They wouldn't even answer my letters... I sued in small claims court. They didn't even answer. I won the suit. They didn't pay. I had to use a Marshall's help to get my money back. Don't EVER use these guys. I deal with 30 vendors for my house. These guys are an outstanding group (to the negative).

I was so impressed with the level of communication between the company and its customer. I had to contact them many times due to problems with my water and the requests of my buyers inspector. My calls were returned promptly by all involved. They have a professional and qualified staff

Connecticut Basement installed our Radon System 5 years ago and did a fantastic job so we hired them to install our new water softner. During the install it was discovered and verified by me that the well pump was defective (19 years old) and they managed to do all the work plus the well pump in the same day. Without the well pump we could have gone days without water. They were here at our house for 9 hours. Super service!!

This company sent a representative to scout the basement and where the system would be installed on the exterior. Very professional.
