Description of Work: They installed a large dehumidifier and air system, and vented it to the outside. They were clean and neat, quite intelligent, and efficient. The whole process went smoothly, and as promised, and they took every bit of trash out with them. Couldn't ask for better service.

Description of Work: We had a crack in the corner of a foundation wall outside. The crack went all the way from top to bottom. CBS gave a very clear explanation of the cause and proposed a solution. It was more expensive than just having the crack filled, but more effective in restoring the wall to a completely upright position. They were prompt and extremely professional. They had to dig up a concrete walk in order to brace the wall and the replacement pad cracked over the winter. They came right out and repaired it and it seems fine.

Description of Work: Installed drains in the interior of basement on account of the basement sometimes getting flooded. Installed sump pump where the drains fed to for any incoming water to flow down the drains to the sump pump, then get ejected to the outside. I do not recall the price of the job only that it was reasonable (less) than other quotes.

Description of Work: A very nice gentleman came to my home and spent an inordinate amount of time explaining things which was unnecessary. Not once did he even suggest a leaky pipe that could be causing the problem. Had I gone forward with him, I would have spent $4,000 unnecessarily as it would not have fixed the real problem and that was not covered by my homeowners insurance.
