Bo Handyman Service

After the payment, Bo promised that he would email a requested invoice, but never did. After a few weeks the leak returned because of an improper seal. Bo answered my first call while he was on a job and said he would call to confirm a time to come on a Sunday, but he never called or came. After about a week, Bo answered my second call and said he would come the following week but he never did. After about another week, Bo did not even have the courtesy to return my third call. I was required to pay $120 to hire another person to fix the problem he created.

Bo was the only handyman/contractor that filled out the necessary paperwork that our bank required. In total we contacted 6 handymen/contractors, Bo was the only handyman to provide a reasonable quote and he was the only handyman to return phone calls, fill out paperwork and actually show up for the job. He was always on time, neat and organized and took pride in his work. I highly recommend Bo!

It is still too early to tell if the vents will help with our mold issue in our bathroom, but Bo was quick, efficient, and friendly. Would definitely hire again.

After having my original contractor put me off several times I called Bo the Handyman somewhat last minute as I was up against a wall with a scheduling for the insulation contractor. Even though I called after general working hours he came over within a hour to provide an estimate. Without knowing he undercut my no-show contractor by $50 and scheduled me for the following morning. Both Bo and his helper arrived mid-morning and knocked out the job in around 3 and a half hours. Though there were a couple of things I would have liked to have seen a little more attention given I was just thrilled to be put back on schedule for the other contractors coming in to perform work. Both gentlemen were friendly and professional and worked in unison to get the work completed. With reasonable rates and friendly service I plan on using Bo again for other projects related to my home renovation since it's easier to get an experienced handyman.
