+ -1 moreOn time, efficient, helpful, professional, pleasant and competent. Working with Newtown Computer was a breath of fresh air. Scheduling the appointment was easy. The service rep was on time, to the minute. He identified and fixed the problems quickly and did not try to sell us equipment or services that we do not need. I'll call Newtown Computer the next time we need help. In fact, I'll never call Geek Squad again.
Description of Work: Set up a new wireless network after the original one stopped working, upgraded firewall and virus protection software and fixed some compatibility issues.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEY HAVE VERY GOOD SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE PEOPLE. THEIR MANNER OF WORKING WITH ME WAS PROFESSIONAL, LIKE USING THE WORD MISTER. THEY WERE ABLE TO DO THE WORK QUICKLY.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED A WIRELESS COMPUTER SET UP AND CONNECTED IT.
