Totally unscrupulous, he not only left the job unfinished (without a certificate of occupancy from the town) without any notice; many areas in our home were NOT built to code and had to be replaced prior to gaining our certificate of occupancy. Further an in-depth review of his billing showed many double bills, deposits never credited and other discrepancies. Lastly Mr. Perone now uses our custom home which we designed (he didn't) as the foundation for his advertising and website without any legal release. Our advise to anyone considering this scoundrel: RUN!! fast and far away before you are ripped off too!!
Description of Work: Neil was hired to be the General Contractor of our custom home build.
