The boiler has been nothing but a headache going out 5 or 6 times in the last two years. Went out on New Year's eve last year and took 3 days to repair. Went out again for two days 11 months later with the same part being fixed. All the sensors have had to be replaced and the computer unit replaced TWICE already. I've sunk a couple thousand in repairs and more in hotel stays with a baby and dog while the heat was out. D'Eramo eventually showed up to help last year. This year didn't even return calls. Charged my $500 for the repair despite it only being a year old. Weil Mclain refused to cover it on the warranty since they say I didn't register it (I did). Gas company techs, who are here frequently, not impressed with the installation. Would not recommend.

Contractor worked very professionally from the start. Initial site visit was very detailed and various options were given. Prices were provided for all options. Installation work went without a hitch. Contractor cleaned up site very well.

Mike D'Eramo arrived punctually for our appointment to inspect the situation for conversion from oil to gas heat. He was patient and informative in explaning the options and costs. Then followed up promptly with detailed written proposals. Ours is an old house with small basement and tricky configuration, so he came again to measure and gather additional information. The removal and installation was a 2-day job. He had to make some unusual preparations to make sure the job was done well. He was very careful about protecting our antique pine floors from possible damage as the equipment was moved through first floor into the basement. And the plumbing and venting was done neatly and carefully so as to minimize its visibility. Then he labeled important valves to assist in their identification in case repairs are needed at some point. Overall, he did a really good job and came in at the price he said he would.

HE CAME AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS VERY CONCERNED ABOUT DOING EVERYTHING TO CODE. HE CAME WITH AN ASSISTANT AND WAS VERY CLEAN. HE SENT US A WRITTEN ESTIMATE THAT WAS VERY ACCURATE.
