+ -1 moreGiven that I took a shot in the dark hiring Kurt I couldn't be happier- he was the only home inspector I found who listed more than a certification (he's a PE, which is a heck of a lot more than a cert). Overall a pleasure to work with. Professional, punctual, reliable, not to mention thorough. He took over 3 hours even though we had started at 4pm [to accommodate my schedule] and we went over that house from top to bottom with a fine tooth comb.
