The owner came with his 4-person crew, and once they estimated the job, and we agreed on a price, they set straight to work. Two crew members worked cleaning the interior windows, and two worked on the exterior and deck. We have a LOT of windows, so it was a big job. Overall the windows look great and the deck looks fantastic. Because, this operation does come with staff, compared to some of the 1-2 person operations out there, there prices are bit higher, but they do very good work, quickly. Overall, very pleased with the job they performed.

They did a great job. We have a lot of windows and storm windows and they were very thorough. The entire job took most of the day and Kevin's crew stayed at it until it was all done. When we walked through afterwards, Kevin had the crew make corrections and adjustments immediatelly. I will use All Clean again.

Awesome service, fast, efficient. Kevin and three men arrived and were in and out in a little over 2 hours. They cleaned the window screens as well as the screens on the porch. Kevin was friendly and exceptionally cooperative, ensuring that every window, including small ones on doors, the garage, and the basement were taken care of. My efforts were minimal, they worked around curtains and items on the counters with no impact on the quality of their work. Prices were in keeping with past providers, with additional services added. I will definitely rehire All Clean.

Called and left a voicemail, did not get a reply call. Sent an email request through their website a week later, they called back but got my voicemail, I replied to the voicemail the same day, never heard back again.

They were on time, efficient, professional and I would hire them again. They did a great job! The cost was very reasonable and Kevin Barrett was a very nice man to work with. I had this work done on a home that is out of state. I had no communication issues with him because he speaks English and he understood everything I needed done and we were able to communicate over the telephone easily.

We had an original time, but the guy called and asked if he could come a little later between the times of 11:30 and 12:00. He didn't show up until 1:00. So when he came we told him nevermind since he was an hour late.

Kevin and his crew showed up up for us on a very last minute request. He was very helpful and willing to make it work when we were under a time crunch. We had called several companies hoping to get someone out, and he was one of the few who was willing to come out and actually perform the work, rather than just come for an estimate only. Furthermore, he was prompt in returning our initial phone call, and called us again before he planned to arrive at the house. The crew was quick, efficient and I believe we were given a very fair price for the amount of windows- cleaned inside and out on a three story home. Thanks to Kevin and his crew for making it work for us. A company who caters to their clients is a real bonus these days, when so often it is the other way around.

They came out and cleaned our windows. Both inside and out. We have about close to 30 windows. I like that they are decently priced and they have always been very prompt, efficiently and clean. The owner is always involved and is usually stops in at the job site.

No complaints. Washed and rewashed some of the windows. Not an easy job but done well.

Cleaned windows but claimed that they couldn't get some stains out (I was able to later). Had to redo several windows due to sloppy job the first time (excuse every time). On the phone said,"I'll clean the screens too & put up & will charge 300.00" they wound up charging 345.00 and did not put up the screens. They cleaned windows without a dropcloth on my very light colored persian rug while spraying and getting dirt on the rug. The owner complained about having other places to go to. One of the workers had climbed into my tree (liability) and the owner said,"I don't know him well enough to have him come in the house." I wondered why he was allowed to sit high up in the tree! All in all not a good experience and mediocre job.

Kevin and his crew were great! we have a lot of windows on our lake home and his team did a fabulous job on them. They were also able to get a big paint spot off the screen door. Kevin gave us the best estimate compared to the other companie's. All Clean did not disappoint! Will use again
