+ 0 moreChris called and scheduled a date to install. All work was completed in short order and I no longer have to pay for gutter cleaning. My gutter length exceeds 100 feet on a ranch.
Description of Work: Thor Roofing completed a roof replacement for me on 7/30/17. At the completion of that job I asked if he installed gutter guards. Chris provided an estimate within 48 hours which I accepted and stated he would call when the material was in his possession.

+ -1 moreI got quotes from four different roofing contractors. While Eric wasn't the cheapest, his price was lower than two others, but he still provided a written estimate detailing exactly what he would do (something the cheapest contractor did not do). Eric also took the time to look over other parts of my roof, besides the one I wanted done. He subsequently discovered a pretty serious problem which he showed me that definitely needed to be repaired, and I appreciated this as it explained a strange leak I'd had earlier in the year but didn't know what caused it or where it was. From my discussions with him I was impressed that he obviously knew his business. He asked for half the estimated amount as a deposit upfront. He also was able to use some left over shingles I had available and reduce the total price accordingly. He was able to schedule time to do the job within a few days and he and an assistant got everything done in less than two days. The quality of the work was excellent. He was friendly, flexible, efficient, and professional.
Description of Work: Re-roofed a portion of one roof and repaired another section.
