Chris from imagine remodel is amazing. He has helped me tremendously. Everything I didn’t know I now know because of his patience and knowledge. Things I don’t have. Thank you Chris for not only seeing me through all this but for also becoming a friend. My door will always be open. My bathroom too!!! They delivered as promised, no issues and it looks great!

This installation was a disaster. Very little of their installation can be salvaged. 1. There are huge holes in the backer board behind the shower panels (see picture of the backer boards taken from the adjacent room) 2. The trap of the shower sticks out past the joists, and I cannot put the drywall back up - I'm hiring another plumber to fix their installation 3. Rotten wood was not replaced, even though I requested this with their salesman. This company made me pay extra ~$900 to replace some of the rot, but said that not all of it could be replaced, as it would require taking the shower back down 4. The floor was installed on top of the older floor 5. Mold was not removed by spraying, even though this was explicitly stated in the purchasing agreement (see picture of mold taken of the backer boards from the adjacent room) 6. The trap of the sink was not replaced 7. The shower head leaks (luckily it leaks into the shower) Many other small problems show poor workmanship

Our bathroom needed a major update. Now our new vanity, flooring and shower make our house feel brand new again! The sales person was very helpful and friendly. The installers were also friendly and efficient! The whole process was easy and stress free. We canâ t thank Imagine Remodel enough for the incredible work they did for us!

I was blown away by the customer service and great communication about our project. Even more impressive was how our new shower turned out. Absolutely gorgeous!!!! I am so happy with the service and product that I have asked them to come back to do our windows next. Two thumbs up!!
