+ -1 moreWe are very disappointed in their work. I still cannot understand why it looks like it was installed by a child. It's like a roller coaster...very uneven. Not to mention the grout has voids in the seams of the tile throughout the shower, as well as under the threshold. We are leaking water onto our first floor at this point. We've brought it to Leslie and Mike's attention, and they have blown us off entirely, even after sending them these same photos.
Description of Work: We hired this company and their installers to install a custom tile shower stall in our daughters bedroom.

+ -1 moreAll appointments were timely. The workers arrived on time and were respectful of our home. Work was completed on time, installed perfectly and area left clean. The area rug and runner arrived timely and just as I expected. Everyone we dealt with at this business is professional, knowledgeable and pleasant.
Description of Work: I have used Custom Floors on two occasions and will be using again in the future ! The first time I had living room carpeting replaced. The next year I ordered a area rug and runner for my dining room and hallway. Leslie worked with me to determine the correct sizes and gave me various options to get the best value.

+ -1 moreVery well. Guys showed up when they said they would and completed as scheduled. Would utilize Mike and his team again. Based on my experience, this was a better experience than going with a big box store.
Description of Work: Leveled floor area, installed new carpeting and re-stretched carpeting on first floor.

Description of Work: Leslie assisted me in ordering custom size rugs. She explored options that would reduce the price if I wanted to go with a different design. The rugs were ready at the time promised, pleasant, easy transaction.
