I did not pursue the project.

Overall project went as expected for construction.Had a minor hiccup with plumber that was subcontracted to install water line for the toilet. Konrad and his crew rectified the issue prior to complettion. Since then the plumber has been replaced. If I had to be extremely critical more attentiveness to smaller details with fit and finish. An example is a recessed shelf could of been sanded better and would of been on par with the rest of the extremly good work the was done by Konrad and his crew. During the course of this project Konrad was available and responsive to our concerns. He is very knowledgeable about construction and was realistic with expected time frame for completion. The crew of Warsaw construction all worked hard and were respectiful.

Our experience with Warsaw was very pleasant. They are professional, honest, and efficient, a true work horse.

I am in the middle of my master bathroom renovation. At this point the project is moving along as planned. Konrad is wonderful to work with. His team is very professional and very careful in covering the floors/walls during construction. He informs me along the way if something will not work and offers alternative ideas. I cannot wait to see the end result and will post another comment then.

After a longtime with bad renovation experiences with other contractors, we found Warsaw Home improvement to be completely professional. Another thing sets Konrad apart from others is is that house was sealed and vacuumed to keep it clean during bathroom remodelling so other areas are not impacted. Konrad is honest , provides good advice and most importantly finishes on-time. Bonus: his experience helps you pass building inspections first time around. The Warsaw Construction crew did an amazing job on our Master Bathroom Shower. They showed up on time, kept a clean worksite, were very friendly and helpful, and completed the project in the timeframe they had projected in their estimate. We were so happy with the result we hired them back in October, 2012 to update the shower in the upstairs guest room. Another very positive experience.

I called Konrad to ask if he could install some windows and he was here as soon as the window arrived. Despite it snowing the night before he and his crew were here on time and made no mess in the house whatsoever. They worked unobtrusively and the price was very reasonable. He actually noticed I hadn't finished the sheetrock on a project in my bathroom and offered to do it for me while he had a free minute! He is so awesome that after he left my wife and I walked around the house looking for other projects to hire him on. Thanks!

This renovation was problem free. Konrad studied the site and its problems, offered some possible solutions and maintained the character of the home. The estimate was highly detailed and itemized. He called to give the start date. The dumpster came before the demolition. The crew was prompt, worked with very few breaks and did not leave the site to get materials. All supplies were dropped off by Konrad. The interior spaces were protected with drop cloths and rooms blocked off with plastic. The exterior was cleaned of debris every day. No nails in the driveway. Konrad also checked the progress of the work every day. All work was completed as promised within a 4 week timeframe. Their carpentry and sheetrocking skills are very good. This is an unusually responsible company and the owner is a pleasure to deal with. I will use them for additional projects.

Konrad and his team are skilled and professional. Their work was excellent. High quality for an excellent price. Even when there was a minor mistake because of a miscommunication the team fixed it without a problem.

Warsaw Home Improvement did an excellent job. They were punctual, neat, pleasant and skilled. The entire job was completed in about a week and a half and looks great! They even encountered a challenge when they found the space was not completely even, and took the time to make it perfect before moving forword. They were also willing to take on a few other repair projects for us while they were her. I was very pleased with them ... highly recommend them ... and can't wait to use them again!

The project went extremley well from start to finish. Konrad Flejter and his team at Warsaw Home Improvement really did a fantastic job at remodeling our kitchen bathroom, and living areas in our first floor. Our house was built in 1971, and the kitchen, bathroom and general floor plan reflected that. We were in desperate need of an update and wanted much better flow throughout the ground floor. In partnership with our designer, Sherrie Norton (Corinthian Builders), the Warsaw team successfully executed the plan and found creative and cost effective solutions to any unexpected "problems" that we encountered along the way. We ended up with a beautiful new kitchen, a relocated and new bathroom/powder room, great wide entry doors into the dining room and family room, and a fabulous new living room (that was once two seperate smaller rooms). The Warsaw team could not have been more professional. They arrived on time every morning. Cleaned up every single day - and I mean very clean. They expertly managed the subcontractors (electrician, plumber) and absolutely exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Warsaw Home Improvement, and look forward to working with them again someday.

It was great. We found them through has friend. The quality of the workmanship was great. They were easy to work with. They have experience with high end home building. They came when hey said they would. They did great job.

They did a good job with our kitchen, we are happy. They come right away and very honest. We are currently using them.
