+ -1 moreI asked the answering service to find out why we didn't get a call back and the woman called me back to report that the business owner didn't want to service his system because we weren't using the ongoing monitoring service. When I left a final message that I would complain to consumer agenices such as this one, the owner did finally call me and was yelling and swearing at me about not continuing to use his service!
Description of Work: Years ago, when we bought our home, we contacted this company about the alarm that came with the home. We signed up for a year of monitoring and then as per the contract we had with them, chose not to continue that service. Recently, one of the zones in the house keeps setting off our alarm system and was clearly malfunctioning. We left numerous messages for the company and didn't get a call back. We wanted to hire this company to repair the system.

Description of Work: IT WAS CHECKING AND MOVING ALARMS. THEY ACTUALLY SWITCHED THE SYSTEM.
