Don't waste your money with this company - long on promises but short on follow through. The gutters looked attractive when they were first installed BUT: 1.Turned out that he gutters are made of extremely thin metal - much thinner than the existing gutters he removed. So thin you can collapse it in one hand. And forget about leaning anything against them. 2. The installation was in April of 2013 and the end seams leaked in 4 within 6 months: outside the front door, over one of the decks in back, and at one end of the garage in front and in back of the garage. 3. The paint has chipped and peeled within a year - it appears they were just spray painted. 4. He is extremely argumentative about his work quality and charges for what he terms "a service call" to come out at look at them. Meanwhile they continue to leak. 5. The result is I'll have to replace his gutters.

Not well. Within 4 years we needed new gutters twice. The materials used are not quality. The workmanship was poor. During installation, disregard for property. Homeowner needed to personally pick up sharred metal clippings left all over the yard in blatant disregard, hugely time consuming. Resulted in one trip to vet to address injured paw and one tetanus shot. Was unresponsive to calls. Getting gutters a second time meant an unplanned cost ..arent leaders supposed to last more thsn a few seasons. Reordered new leaders without our ok on cost...felt forced to pay. Wasnt careful during installation and then had to call roto rooter at homeowner cost to unplug underground drain working perfectly before their work. Wont use again. Feel grossly taken advantage of. Relationship only worked well when homeowner dud not complain about the issues. Paid in full and moved on but should have sued. They should have replaced leaders free of charge and hassle.

I left a detailed message regarding replacing a good deal of gutter we lost during the winter. They never called me back. Business must be good!

They came out and gave us an estimate, which was very reasonable. They were able to come and clean the gutters and fix the broken one that week. They were very professional and quick, done in about an hour.

They gave me the best bid, then showed up on time about three days later did a great job.

They were great. Russ was able to inspect my house and give me a quote without my having to be home. They emailed me a quote and I was able to put a deposit down over the phone. They installed when they said they would and kept me in the loop via email regarding the scheduling. The finished product looks great, and works great!

Excellent always. We have had this company clean our gutters which they originally installed a few years ago. We are pleased with both installation and their service. They are very customer service oriented. They know how we like the gutters cleaned ( by hand, not blown ) and they do a customized job each time. Their staff is very quick and reliable. They have accommodated us for a second cleaning on short notice before a storm. We would deal with them again, and would highly recommend them.

They were good and they did a good job. They were prompt and we haven’t had any other problems with our gutters since they have been here. They came when they said they were going to. The job took as long as they said it would. We were pleased with them.

Russ and his team were very professional and a pleasure to work with. Very diligent. Neat and clean. Excellent attention to detail. They really do want you to be pleased and they take great pride in their work. Russ has some excellent men working with him as well. We had a few followup items after the installation and they were taken care of quickly. If every contractor were like this, it would be pure joy ! We love our gutters and they are working great. QSG also helped us with pipe to take water far away from house. We have received many complements from neighbors on the work - the brown gutters look just like aged copper and were the right contrast against the house - thanks to Russ' suggestions. The firm uses reminder emails to setup appts for gutter cleanings at early discounts which makes it all very efficient as well.

Called first time, and he quoted a high price. Used another service, but they disconnected cable, not happy with service. Went back to Quality Seamless and they did fine, though seemed a bit expensive.

Russ showed up twice and fully explained the situation and scope of project. He followed through with written estimates. He is very thorough.

I had no gutter on the rear of my 200 year old house and the paint was starting to peel badly from the moisture. I kept my ears open for suppliers as I wanted someone who specialized in gutters, not someone who does it part time. I finally saw their ad in the local paper and a couple things stood out; member of the Better Business Bureau and over 20 years in the business. Fully licenced and insured was also a must. I called for an estimate and Russ showed up on time. I could tell he was the real deal and after I got a reasonable estimate I scheduled the job. Communication was good and I had the gutter on my house within 4 days. The crew is professional and friendly and the gutter looks great. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs gutters as they seem to know the art form inside and out.
