He has incredible resources to help you stage your home, take professional pictures, get handyman resources, etc. Chip gives you a project plan regarding the expected timeliness so you know exactly what to expect during all stages of your sale to help reduce the stress of the process. We were very impressed by the ongoing communication both verbal and electronic to keep you completely informed. His office staff constantly checks on you offering guidance and assistance from beginning to end. Chip is an excellent negotiator on your behalf. His communication with agents is professional and respectful. We listed our house in a slow market and were in contract at a higher amount than we expected within 2 days. After selling, he facilitated setting dates for closings, following up on every detail from attorneys, inspections, bank approvals, repairs, packing, movers, etc. Rates for service are in line with agencies in upper Fairfield County, however, we felt services provided by his office were much more extensive than the previous agencies we worked with. So we felt there was much more value out of this office compared to the others we used.
