 + -1 moreWe heard about Tim Klvana from a friend who was very pleased with his work. Tim promptly came to the house and did a complete inspection and estimate. He started work with a professional crew of 5 men including his working supervisor who made certain work was high quality. Every phase of the work was carefully done with great attention to detail. Tim was very helpful in making color selections, including a creative paint suggestion on the upper part of the house. They made sure we were pleased with each paint color before proceeding. The crew was extremely polite and thoroughly cleaned up every night. We could set our clocks by their on-time arrival EVERY morning. They were not only great painters but also did excellent carpentry work that saved us the considerable cost of replacing 3 very large windows. We couldn't have been more pleased with their workmanship and especially the outcome. Our house now looks better than when it was new! Tim was very friendly and wonderful to work with throughout the entire job.
Description of Work: Sanded entire 5,000 sqft house down to bare wood (due to problem with previous paint jobs not adhering to wood siding). Pressure washed entire house. Painted one coat of primer and two coats of final paint. Major carpentry repair work on siding, trim, windows and doors, including rebuilding 3 large windows with synthetic sills to prevent rot. Caulked entire house. Repaired moldy garage ceiling. Purchased and installed new shutters. Painted two large chimneys. Sanded and stained 2 large and 1 small deck. It was a HUGE job!
