 + 0 moreTerrible. The work was of poor quality/damage and needed to be fixed by me repeatedly. Poor communication unless they were asking for money. We've been paid in full for months and they haven't finished the job and have stopped communicating. The most unprofessional contractor experience we have had.

 + -1 moreCommunication was very difficult. We had to initiate contact constantly, and were not followed up with. If we hadn't contacted them, we would still be waiting for them to arrive, and it would have been a no call, no show.

Description of Work: Originally called to check well water quality. Told him may be air in the pipe because water came out cloud but cleared up within a minute. Bobby replaced well cap for $350. Replaced a $10 pressure gauge for another $350; shocked the well for $325; then another $179 for time coming back because he never solved the problem. Turned out to be a broken pipe which a well company fixed for far less than the $1204 I wasted with him.

Description of Work: Provider came to look at cold water faucet in master bath sink that had no pressure. Took photo of faucet so I could identify the style to manufacturer, who sent me a cartridge replacement. Provider said he might need a second man on the job to do the replacement, so as to "avoid any damage" because faucet stem was corroded. Provider was quite sullen and grouchy in his manner. Said I should call when the cartridge arrived, so he could come back and install it. I called their office when cartridge arrived a week later. They never returned my call. I was just as glad, since his manner was so off-putting. I later had another plumber come, who had no problem at all installing the new cartridge in about 30 minutes (one man). Watch out for these people. They want to charge about $79 just to come look at the work, which would be applied to the price if they do the job. If you don't hire them, you're out the money. This issue did not come up, since they never called me back to schedule the work.

 + -1 moreThey were okay. The price was average. They were prompt and professional. Some of the things could have been cleaned up a little bit. They had to run it through the wall and they didn't do any patching. They didn't even put the sheetrock back. I guess they didn't think that was their job so they left it. The price and quality were average. They came out pretty quick and they were on time. I might use them again; it would depend on the job.
Description of Work: They hooked up a plumbing line to run hot water up to an attic.

 + 0 moreI was very happy with the service that Drain Surgeon Plumbing and Heating provided. They showed up when they said they would. They quoted me a price ahead of time. They wore shoe covers to protect my carpet, and cleaned up afterward. I will definitely call them in the future.
Description of Work: My hot water heater died. I called Drain Surgeon Plumbing & Heating. They were able to come out within the hour. They gave me different options. I chose to replace the hot water heater with a new one. They quoted me a price before they started the work.

 + -1 moreWe found water all over the ground and saw the leak was coming from the plumbing around the furnace. We called Drain Surgeon and spoke with Diane - she sent Bobby out to the house. Bobby found the leak, repaired it and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. We have used the Drain Surgeon several times now and have never been disappointed. It's hard to find good service and repair companies that are prompt and thorough - Drain Surgeon is one of them.
Description of Work: The water pipes from the furnace were leaking and water was going all over the garage floor. Bobby from the Drain Surgeon came and fixed the plumbing around the furnace as well as made sure the ballast tank had the proper pressure and everything was operating properly.

We did receive quotes from several different companies and the reason why we chose them was because I felt as though I could trust their work and they offered us a great price.
