I called American Irrigation Systems to look over my sprinkler system that was having pressure loss issues. They were always able to have a technician to my house the next day, which was great. The first time, they 'cleaned the valves' and 'fixed' the issue. The problem occurred the next day again. The second time they 'cleaned more valves' and 'fixed' the problem. Great - $850 in and I think our system is fixed. Nope. Now one month later, two calls to them and a promise the Service/Operations Manager will call me back ... crickets. You lost a customer right there. I would not recommend this company based on their lack of response and based on the o-rings left off after 'cleaning the valves.' Save yourself some money and look elsewhere.

Dennis was knowledgeable and easy to work with. The guys and one girl that did the installation cared about the project. They were courteous and professional.

I worked with John who was always very professional and helpful. They did some repair work which went well. However, I requested a quote for drip line. When Dennis the owner came out his quote was 50% higher than what I was verbally quoted. I called to get more information on the quote. Dennis called and was extremely unprofessional. He said it was a few hundred more and what was the big deal because he has to make money. I said it was not a few hundred it was 50% higher than the verbal quote. He said its not like this is a $30k job. All I asked for was the breakdown on how he got to that price and he became very abrasive. I told him I was surprised by how differently he and John treats customers and that I was a repeat customer. He said yeah I am a repeat customer at the gas station. Clearly, Dennis does not value customers. He told me to go elsewhere and hung up on my while saying he was not going to be nickel and dimed.......

HONEST & RELIABLE. I had a problem with my in the ground sprinkler. One company came and was ready to charge me for things that I did not need. American Irrigation arrived on time and found the minor glitch in my system. They were honest and courteous. What a relief in a time of consumer rip-offs!

Crew installed a full yard sprinkler system in difficult landscape (lawn and flower beds). Everyone on the team was pleasant, they kept the disruption to a minimum and they completed the work on time. The manager was patient and took extra time to thoroughly explain the system's keypad operation to me. They have since come back to trouble shoot issues, always arriving on time. Everyone that I have interacted with in the company has been professional and customer-oriented. Highly recommend them.

Dennis made himself available at all times and was willing to discuss all details and concerns on my time and not when it was just convenient for him. His team is very experienced and I am glad I chose them. I have had the sprinkler system for two weeks now and have no complaints.

Came on time, fixed broken head & inspected system. Got bill in mail a few days later. Charges were reasonable.

All work done in one day. Excellent clean up. Gave understandable answers to all of my questions.

Added various drip lines as hired. Found a few other issues that I agreed to have fixed as well. However other problems were found and were fixed without my permission. When hiring American, be sure to be clear of what work is authorized. Paid for needed additional unauthorized repairs about 10 months later. All in all, did a very good job and would recommend engaging them.

Came right away, was super friendly and provided me with a less expensive fix to see if it worked (it did) before trying something more extensive. Very, very helpful.
