Overall, a NIGHTMARE. This individual comes off as being a great builder who "used to be in the commercial sector of building" but is now looking to move into the residential sector. This should be a big red flag to anyone. He does not know building code, and he left my home in shambles. He talks like he is a professional, but in reality, he is a thief in in sheeps clothing. Lied to the homeowner, about his skill set and he brought in unskilled TEMP AGENCY workers to build and renovate my very high-end home. These unskilled workers ripped a perfectly good toilet [that was not to be touched] off of its flange and left the sewer gases to fill my home with the most horrible smell for SEVERAL weeks! This could have caused an explosion. They electrically ungrounded my home, which is illegal and could have killed someone, and left my home in a hazardous condition from the start of the job to finally the day we terminated the builder for fraud and failure to perform to building code.
Description of Work: This terrible builder caused over $200,000 in damages to my home. He was to put an addition onto my home and renovate the existing home. He was to be responsible for the management and coordination of the entire project. He did not manage and he did not provide skilled labor. He did not know how to frame according to building code! The violations he caused in my home are numerous and dangerous.
