Description of Work: I placed the order a long time prior to installation so that it could be done during my vacation. No one checked my order when it arrived. Consequently they did not receive (or someone stole) the tiles needed and the job was not completed in the time frame promised. On the day of installation no one arrived at the designated time. When I called the store to inquire 2 hours later they informed me that the installer was unable to come ---no one bothered to call and provide this information. They did provide a price adjustment because of all my trouble but I would much rather have paid the full price and have the job done on time!!!!!!!!

 + -1 morethey were punctual and the work quality was excellent. however, they forgot to open the gas valve back up behind the stove. I did it,but was annoyed that I was charged for appliance moving by them.

 + 0 moreThey contracted the countertop to their sub-contractors. They had to tear up the tile in the kitchen and did everything. I will use them in future.
