Fixed 1 issue on the spot, took the time to study the remaining problems, knew exactly what he was capable of and not, and gave a very reasonable price to finish the rest. Very honest, personable. Jumped right in where he could and rescheduled where he needed to obtain materials. I would highly recommend Nick!
