The are Tani replaced was not the color we paid for - they never added the concrete color so it was grey not tan. The quality of the concrete work was awful! Called Tani multiple times and he came to look at it. He agreed it was not correct and would replace it. He never came back or returned our multiple calls.

Tanis Masonry is dependable and their service and quality of work are excellent! They did a wonderful job at a very reasonable price and on top of it, they also went above and beyond by cutting a tree limb that was hitting my roof without even charging me. From the time that they gave me the estimate to the time they completed the job they were very helpful and a pleasure to work with. i strongly recommend that you contact this company!

We had two projects done by Tani and his workers. The patio came out amazing, so we reached out about our front walkway/stairs. They came out quickly and did an amazing job.

Tanis masonry was a pleasure to work with. They completed the job in a timely manner and were very professional. We loved how everything came out and we get a lot of compliments on the work done . My kids also loved the paved driveway to ride their toys on . We plan on doing our outdoor kitchen / patio area with them and would highly recommend!

I got a recommendation through this site and Angie’s list on these guys and had received messages looking to schedule a time to stop by to look at the Job. Tani’s Masonry was supposed to be at our Residence at 1 PM on a Tuesday to look at our front steps. After a 1/2 hour went by from 1 o’clock, I called to see where they were; I was told they were stuck in traffic and was kind of brushed off on the phone... Checked the traffic situation on my phone and no major traffic issues where happening at 2 in the afternoon in Connecticut so I was skeptical at this point about their honesty and intentions. 2 hours went by and still a no-show. If the job didn’t appeal to them or it was too far to travel from Prospect, then they could have been honest and say they weren’t interested. My wife wasted an afternoon at home when she could have been in the office. After looking at all the positive reviews on these guys, I was really annoyed and surprised that they blew us off. Our time is valuable, and we work hard, so when our time is wasted like this, it really ****** me off that someone would treat potential clients with such a lack of consideration. If something came up, a phone call would have been nice; they have my number.

I was very pleased with Tani's work. He came highly recommended by several friends who had him perform work at their homes. He and his crew were friendly, easy to work with, kept my property clean, and completed the work in the timeframe promised. Tani and his staff take great pride in their work, used quality products, showed great attention to detail, and provided me a finished product admired by my friends and neighbors. I will definitely use him again for future projects. It was also nice to support a locally-owned family business. Tani, thank you for a job well done.

Excellent - We gave Tani a picture of we were looking for but also asked for his input. He was very knowledgeable and very personable. He made some very good recommendations which we agreed to (type of stone, layout, etc.). He got the job started earlier than we expected, completed the job in a very timely manner. He and his team were true craftsman. Finally the price of the job was very reasonable. We were very impressed from start to finish. My wife and I have shown the work to friends and family and Family. Excellent. The same day that I called they came to my home and gave me an estimate. I had a few other companies that wanted to charge me more money for only concrete. They did my stairs with granite, stones and concrete! They look beautiful! They even cleaned up after themselves each day while they were there. Very professional to work with. I would definetly hire them again.

To begin with I could not be more pleased with Tani's Masonary. He himself as well as the people he employs are real stand up men and without a doubt masters of their trade. We had met with more than a few companies to price out the job however upon meeting Tani I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and good nature. Of course, I had an exact idea of what I wanted however it was out of my budget. Tani saw what I liked and finished the front steps and did an absolutely fantastic job, he always keeping in mind what our concerns were and budget was. My patio is another room to my home and a masterpiece. He and his workers worked in 100 degree weather and what appeared to be tirelessly and there work was impeccable. He also helped us relocate stone steps without hesitation. They were friendly to me and my children. My son was elated that Tani took him on the excavator. It was every little boy's dream. With Tani's busy hot days he also showed my son how to lay some stone. His work is exemplary without a doubt. He not only finished the job in a very prompt fashion, he started a week early because he knew I was having a party and I wished for my patio to be done prior to the party. From start to finish there was great communication and this company has far exceeded my expectations. We have more work for him in the spring. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for Masonary work to be done.

I recently purchased a home that needed a lot of work. My backyard was a forest. Tani's Masonry responded quickly with a very reasonable price. They are very punctual, professional, friendly, and neat. They were extremely careful with the tree removal and practiced all safety measures. The landscaping is beautiful! The firepit is wonderful! I am now able to enjoy my backyard thanks to Tanis. They also poured cement for a garage. They were very neat and meticulous. It came out perfect! They get right to work and get the job done! I'm extremely happy with all the work!

timely, efficient and beautiful work. very professional. I needed gravel to perform an unrelated project and asked Tani where he bought his gravel. The next day, Tani had gravel delivered for me free of charge. Very easy to work with.

Contacted a number of masons for a quote to rebuild a dry stack field stone retaining wall. Tani and his father came promptly as scheduled and surveyed the area. They pointed a few things out regarding some of the reasons why the wall was falling down and what they would do to make sure it was repaired properly and last long term. They gave a fair estimate that fell in line with other estimates. I honestly just got a good feeling from them right off the bat. They completed the job with no issues and did such a great job. They really took great care and were perfectionists in every detail (including clean up). I give them my highest recommendation.

Tani and Valter are very hard workers, friendly and professional. They did a great job in a timely fashion and were very flexible with our requests.

They cleaned up at the end of the day, were responsive to changes we made, didn't kill us on the extra work we asked for (back gutter which ran under the patio), and finished within the schedule they gave me. I would certainly recommend them. It is backbreaking work doing flagstone, and it takes a good eye to do a irregular pattern, but they nailed it. They went out of their way to get some nice thick stone when a local suppliers product was not acceptable (too thin), at no extra charge. They even fixed and leveled our front steps at no charge. The only negative is that I was expecting, and we discussed, a final tamping as some stone still moves slightly, however this is to be expected. This does not detract from the work they did at a very good price. Thanks!and quot;
