Description of Work: The company finally got in touch with us after a couple days and spoke to my wife who said we had an appointment for the afternoon of 8/30/14. Come to find out, we ended up getting scheduled for 9/13/14 even though the work was kind of an emergency with a 3 month old in the house and a possible carbon monoxide threat. We therefore had to go with a company that could get the work done immediately. MTM called after I left a message stating the above and said that we had to contact Angie's List for a refund.

Description of Work: Cleaned and inspected chimney. Very knowledgeable, honest and professional. Spent much time reviewing the state of my fireplace and other related systems in my home in a very articulate manner. I've had very frightening experiences in the past with other chimney service companies who always wanted to sell me "essential" and very expensive repairs. He did not try and sell me anything at all!
