We selected Albana Roofing based on their thorough and accurate assessment of our roofing needs. Sonny and the Albana team were always professional, meticulous, and maintained a clean work area throughout the entire project. They were always timely, communicated well, and displayed an outstanding work ethic, rarely seen today. We would highly recommend them for your roofing needs as they did a superb job.

They basically came to me pitch me on a $17000 new roof that I don’t need. What I needed was a couple of small patches but they said that my roof was too tall and they didn’t have the right ladder. So it was a waste of money unfortunately. They didn’t do anything but just gave me a quote for a $17000 roof. They came a week later after I purchased the big deal. However, they were nice and good.

I didn't choose them, I'm choosing another contractor instead. They were more expensive than the other estimates I got. They weren't competitive in price. They did do a thorough inspection but I didn't contract them for the roof replacement. They were very thorough and they checked out everything. I have no complaints with them. It's just that I thought that their estimate for a roof replacement was a little higher than the competition. They did a good job. I would recommend them to somebody if they needed a thorough inspection. They may be competitive in other parts of the state but I'm going with someone who was cheaper.

Provider said roof was too steep a pitch and was not part of deal. Therefore, he did not cauk around pipes and/or chimney. Did outside cursory look at roof and estimated roof was over 15 years old. Also stated installation would be out of spec.if done today with that method. He stated chimney looked O.K. I think he was looking for an agreement to replace my roof but I was not interested. He never returned with the written statement about work he did due I am not upset with the provider since I think he did a good job as I did not understand the pitch problem but I still miss that statement.

Albana Roofing's professionalism is excellent. I'm an Electrician, and I'm very familiar with residential construction. I realized that I might need a new roof, but I really haven't had any problems, yet... They did a very thorough roof inspection, from inside the attic, to up on the roof itself. They pointed out several problems that I wasn't aware of, and might not have spotted even if I replaced the roof myself. I found out that my original roof was not installed properly, and due to that, some of the plywood layers were separating due to excessive heating because there was no felt paper installed originally. Also they spotted that there were moisture drips from all the nails in the roof, and that there were signs of minor leakage beginning in several places. Nice catch!!! It looked fine to me... But what I appreciated the most was that they weren't trying to pressure me into buying a new roof, which some contractors might do. They were HONEST and answered all my questions, and wanted me to be aware of exactly what I had in regards to my original roof. After all, replacing the roof is my decision. Seriously, what else could I ask for? They were the real deal, a good hard working, honest, family owned business. Unfortunately it's not that easy to find a contractor that is completely honest with you these days, and I was impressed with how thorough and honest they were. My neighbors had their roof replaced earlier this year and I had asked them how much it cost afterwards. They had quotes that varied as much as $8000.00! Fortunately the quote I got from Albana was at the low end of the range my neighbors had, and our roofs are identical. I also asked about some possible extra costs with replacing the roof, where there may be a need to remove a little siding to replace some valley flashing etc., and was told it wasn't a problem, they would handle it. So although I havent replaced my roof yet, I doubt that I'll bother to get another quote. Albana Roofing left me with the feeling that they are a very hard working family business, based on quality, honestly, integrity, and customer satisfaction. Again, what else could I ask for? I'd rate them 5 stars!

ALBANA ROOFING SHOWED UP AT 8:00 AM STARTED WORKING ON MY ROOF RIGHT AWAY REALLY HARD WORKERS THEY ARE A FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED THEY KNOW WHAT THERE DOING THEY SHOWED ME WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY OLD ROOF WHAT WAS NOT DONE BEFORE THEY DID IT THE RIGHT WAY NOW I HAVE A GREAT ROOF THANKS ALBANA YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST I AM REALLY HAPPY NOW NO MORE LEAKS

Contractor was punctual. He performed agreed services. I had some?small?shingle damage because of snow removal, some years ago. We talked about future repair, but he felt repair could cause more problems, since damage was so small. We talked about future snow removal, which he does and life span of present roof. He was very informative.

Did a great job without a high pressure sales pitch. Professional. Down to earth. Good guys. We ordered a new roof from them which will be done in early July.

These guys are honest and do high quality work. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

The experience I had with Albana Roofing has been nothing but truly exceptional. This was the first time I had to replace my roof and boy was it as smooth and painless as possible. The guys at Albana Roofing were more than courteous and understood everything I needed done and the entire job was much less then any other company I shopped for. They give me a schedule of how the work will be done and followed through with it hour by hour. I would recommend them to anyone who has an interest in replacing or repairing their roof, I promise you they will be professional and courteous and on top of it all, your wallet will love it.
