It turned out fine. They did a good job. There was no additional cost. They were very friendly and knowledgeable.

They are a truly wonderful team - and I don't say that lightly. A family operation. Courteous, punctual, very hardworking, showed up every day at 9am and worked until nightfall. Got the job done (roof fitted) in 3 days and it looks great. When Sonny came to inspect the roof, he took photos and showed me the problem areas, spent plenty of time explaining the situation. Never any hard sell. Always returned calls in a timely manner. It was refreshing to find such hard workers who delivered as they had promised. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you Sonny, Al and your mum and dad! It was a pleasure doing business with you!

I had to call another roofing company who came in within 1 week and repaired the roof at a fraction of Albana's quote!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If anybody is looking for an excellent roofer - Dicky Matos is the name. Albana is running a scheme collecting money for no work at all ( aside from driving to the customer's house). Big-Big mistake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After receiving the information, my husband called and spoke to the person at Albana Roofing explaining what service we needed. We were told someone would go out to look at the job and get back to us with an estimate. We NEVER heard from them again. Not very professional if you ask me!

Al performed work after I described the problem in detail. I am happy that the most likely cause of my issue has been taken care of by a professional.

These are the nicest people with an incredible work ethic. I would use them again in a heartbeat but I doubt that I will need to replace the roof in my lifetime but would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. I have gardens all around the house and they protected the plants when they were stripping the roof and cleaned up so that those bed will not need much work from me for the fall cleanup that wasn't finished when they got here. I could not be happier. I have a small dog that needs to "meet and greet" everyone and they were fine with that - also they passed the dog test ie the dog has to like the people for me to feel comfortable. Final plus - They did it in one day!

It went very well. They were informative as well as professional and I feel I definitely got my money's worth. We are going to need a new roof but they were not hard selling me. They just pointed out the reasons for the need and said they would be willing to give a quote for the work if I would like that. I will consider them seriously when I get quotes for the job.

Did a lousy job caulking one small area. I called to ask for a refund. They said they would come back and caulk the rest of the roof protrusions (e.g. chimney, skylights, vents). But they never returned. Would not recommend this service to anyone.

Albana Roofing originally came to inspect our roof as per the Big Deal. This was an excellent service, and they showed us a lot of problems with the roof that we had no idea were there. We decided to go with them to replace the roof, and the reason why is that they do NOT do the hard sell. They are very down to earth, honest, and did not pressure us in ANY way. They came to do the job a few weeks later, and got it done quickly and professionally. The new roof looks excellent, and we are very happy! I am pleased to recommend this company to anyone.

. They arrived on time and worked on the roof for about 4 hours non stop. They replaced the flat portion of my roof over a dormer. They were thorough workers and kept me informed on the progress of the job. Nice family run operation. Very friendly and professional.

The two owners (brothers) were very professional, courteous and prompt. They showed me pictures of the roof that had some problems that they had taken on their cell phone. They were also very kind in sharing with me the bad news about the prior installation of roof shingles. I knew that the company I used for the roof and siding about 10 years or so ago turned out to be too expensive and not trustworthy but they confirmed that with me. We discussed more detailed repairs that could be made now, but they were honest enough to say that the repairs wouldn't be up to their standards because the shingles weren't installed properly in the first place, so while the most obvious areas that needed attention would be better, they wouldn't be perfect. They did seal those areas as part of the $99 package. They confirmed that I don't need a new roof now, but probably will in several years and discussed their price for a new roof . When the time comes, I will definitely have them come back.

I am so pleased with this Angie's List Deal. This company did a terrific job and I have already signed a contract with them to do some major roof repair. It is a small, family owned company, just the kind of people I like to work with. The son handles all the administration and gets back to people promptly and is very professional. He is also a very good roofer. The mother is also a very experienced roofer and she was right up on the roof with him! They put sealant around the chimney and in a large crack on the roof (-- I'm hoping one of these is the source for water leaking through the ceiling a while back). They also gave me a reasonable and detailed estimate for some major roof work needed on a different part of the house. (This is an older house that I recently bought so it has various things that need repair.) I knew that part of the roof had serious issues and I thought their estimate was fair in terms of pricing and comprehensive in terms of what they would do. The mother also brought up that there could be water coming into the basement from that roof problem since it would go down through the wall. She was absolutely right! I had had water problems in the basement in just that location and had wondered where the water was coming from! I'm looking forward to working more with this roofing family. They are nice people and they really know their trade. Hopefully, I've found roofing business to call for the rest of my life whenever we have a roofing problem!

Sonny from Albana came out, inspected the roof and performed some calking, he was knowledgeable about the products, code, industry standards and professional. He identified some work that was needed and made recommendations about priority (including some work that his company doesn't perform) and provided an exceptionally fair quote for the work they can complete. I'll certainly keep them in mind for my next project.

Fixed some exposed nail heads, caulked around pipe collars, vents, etc. Crawled into the attic (hottest day of the year) to check for leaks. Found no problems with leaks, but did advise that I had signs of bats, which I have since had fixed by another Angie provider. I especially liked that they provided pictures of problematical issues that might need future attention. Even though my roof is nearing the end of its life expectancy, there was no hard sell to replace it yet. But when the time comes I would not hesitate to have them do the job. They are two hard working, conscientious brothers.

A really nice, courteous 2 brother team. In this area, it is refreshing to meet someone who you don't feel is just trying to rip you off and get you to buy things you really don't need. Took photos to show me what needed doing (very little) and took the time to explain thoroughly. Thank you Sonny!

What a fantastic experience! Highly professional, wonderful to work with. The Albana roofing team did a thorough inspection, discussed potential future areas of concern and provided caulking of exposures. I will be calling them when I need to think about a new roof. Two thumbs up!
