THE WORK WENT WELL. MADE SUGGESTION FOR 'DOWN THE ROAD'.

They were puntcual, courteous and very professional. They explained what they were doing and why. I found it very educational. I have nearly 8 more years of life in my roof so it is not likely I will be replacing it soon but I would consider hiring Albano Roofing for the job.

They never contacted me, and did not return either call that I made to them. I got a refund from Angie's List and got another company.

We were VERY impressed with the quality of customer service provided by Albana. Instead of pushing us to do a complicated and expensive repair on a roof that will need to be replaced in the next 1-2 years, Albana did the repairs necessary for the time being. We definitely look forward to working with Albana when we have the roof replaced.

Sonny and his family completed the necessary repairs in a timely manner. He left the area as clean as he found it. So far the repairs have held up well. It was reassuring to work with such an honest and professional company!

We decided to hire Albana as they are family team and they didn't have that forced sells pitch and trying to make you sign a contract on the spot as others seemed to do when we were getting quotes. They were professional, reasonable with price and did a good job. They had to rip off several layers of shingles and repair some unsuspected water damage to the wood. Albana stayed within budget and explained the process through out. Would hire again.

I am not sure what was actually done in addition to nailing down a couple of shingles and securing a ridge vent. He told me I would need a new roof in order to get rid of the moss on the roof and that it could probably wait a year. I expected that and was willing to contract now so I asked him for an estimate. He wrote some figures on a paper and said it would be $9000 and it could be dome in 2 weeks. He said he would send me a written estimate and a contract and that's the last I've heard from him.

The procedure went very smoothly. They came one day after I called. I got an estimate immediately (and it was very close to two previous ones). The work was begun in a week and took two days.

Very friendly guys family owned business. Explained what they found and offered a follow up. They came even though it had just stopped raining.

Although I did not use Albana Roofing services, I will certainly contact them in the future for work. Prior to their arrival, they proactive in setting the appointments that work with my schedule. They met at the site on a Saturday and were prompt. Enjoyed working with both Sonny and Al and would recommend them.

The job was done to my satisfaction and told me what other problems that needed to be done my someone else that does work that he does not.

It went excellent. I had one section that was leaking and although he didn't have to Sonny said he was doing that whole section with ice and water barrier to alleviate any future problems. There was 32 square of shingles put on the house. They worked for 9 hours on Tuesday and including the removal had two front and back sections as well as front and back sections of garage completed. All that was left was a porch and a small section of overhang on a Bow Window. This was finished up with in 3 hours on Day 2. The clean up was excellent and they used an magnetic roller to pick up the nails off the lawn from the old roof. They even went as far as painting the roof vent pipe to match the house. I bought two flue caps which they said they would put on for me. One fit the other didn't my fault not theirs. Sonny said to bring it back and he would come back and put the new one on. I can't rave enough about the quality, workmanship and professionalism of Albana Roofing owners and workers. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to replace or repair their roof.

I was very nervous when I noticed my vent pipe was leaking every time it rained. Thankfully, Sonny and Albana roofing was able to fix it with no issues. He was very upfront and communicative and seemed to have my best interests in mind. He also gave me a fair quote to replace the roof down the road (it's 27 years old), but was honest about its condition, saying it was in good shape for its age wasn't an immediate need. I will definitely be calling him back when it comes time to re-do the rood.

The account was contacted by e-mail on Thursday evening, with a request for an appointment for the following Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Wednesday afternoon was offered by the account, however, due to weather conditions expected, I suggested the appointment for Monday or Tuesday afternoon if possible. Sonny agreed to a 1 PM appointment on the Monday (2/29). He arrived at 12 PM and began to address the problem with the leaking roof as was stated in the initial e-mail. He inspected the area around the chimney and caulked the flashing area. I arrived home at 12:30 to find Sonny waiting for me. He indicated that he was able to perform the tasks on the roof exterior before light rain began. He inspected the attic to assure that there were no other rain entry areas. With a rain storm expected 2 days later, I indicated that I would contact Sonny either way to advise if there was any continued condition - since his repairs were completed. I did this indicating that no leakage had been observed.Sonny was courteous, responsive, knowledgeable and professionally completed his work, offering consultative advice during the process. I would highly recommend his services to anyone requiring roofing maintenance work.

Service representative called me back immediately and scheduled the visit shortly thereafter. They inspected the roof and fixed some minor issues. Work was done timely. Communication was professional.

I'm not so sure I was satisfied because we did find some issues with the roof and he was supposed to give me a quote to fix it and he never did. I thought I was purchasing roof repair. He never got back to me. I kind of got the feeling he didn't want the job. It was a long distance for him to drive so that may be it but at least get back to me and say hey, that is outside my work zone.

It was okay. There was $50 additional charge. They checked something and said it needs fixing. But, I don't know if that's true or false. The guy came on time.

It went really well. The man who came out was very nice, thorough, and professional. He took pictures of certain things that are a concern for our roof so that I could see and understand what he was suggesting. He gave me an honest opinion of when we needed to replace the roof and what it would it cost. I didn't feed pressured to buy or book anything with him. I would definitely use this company in the future for major repairs or replacement for our roof!

He found moss build up where front bedroom meets up with main house. This is cause water to drip into the attic when it rains or snow melts. I have schedule for Sonny to repair the problem area.
