Description of Work: The principal of Albana came promptly at the agreed time. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I paid for a flashing/sealing special. He said there wasn't much he could do on my roof at that time. I did ask for an estimate to reroof the house. His estimate was at the lower middle of the range of estimates. Since I felt him to be both honest and reliable I expect to give him the job when the time comes. My payment to Angie was refunded.

Description of Work: It took Sonny a long time to get to my house after phone calls from me! Not sure what he did when he finally came. He did say I need a new roof but has never given me an estimate. Would not use him unless he gave me a good deal! Very disappointed.

Description of Work: Initially, we had some scheduling and weather problems to get through, but once that was taken care of services were performed as expected. Because of the shape/pitch of my roof, I needed to pay an extra $50.00 for Sonny to inspect & caulk needed areas in need, which I had no issue with. Both Sonny & his brother were professional & detailed in their inspection & services provided.

Description of Work: Sonny came out to look at the roof, but the age and condition of the shingles needed more than repair. At 20 years old we knew we were going to have to replace it soon. He was very knowledgeable about his trade and the product he sold, so we felt very comfortable having him do the full replacement. | |They were very professional and friendly on top of being able to finish the job quickly and cleaned up very well. The whole thing was a positive experience and I would recommend them to my friends. Roof looks great.

Description of Work: This was thru an Angie's List Big Deal. I have a mysterious leak in the ceiling over my bathroom and hall. I have had major work done (new roof and chimney) and the leak persist. Albana went in attack and checked things out, but found nothing. They then went up on the roof and caulked around the exhaust pipe and a few very minor spots. I won't be able to tell if the leak has stopped for a couple more weeks, but Albana told me the rook and chimney looked good and didn't try to sell me any other services. They were very pleasant to deal with and I definitely appreciate their effort. It was well worth the $99.
