Description of Work: This was a patch/inspection; very good for the price. Very punctual and professional. They advised replacing our 20+ year old roof in the spring and said they'd give us a quote after some measurements. Haven't heard back, BUT they were not pushy or aggressive - perhaps they had second thoughts about coming this far from Waterbury, CT for work. I wouldn't blame them. Would definitely hire them again!

Description of Work: They came out quickly so I thought all was going well. They were very friendly and professional. Then they tried to convince me I needed a new roof. I do not. They gave me an estimate to do the repairs on my home and said they would call me. The did not call me back. I called and they said they would have it done by the end of the week (last week) They never called me back. I don't believe they wanted the job because it was a small job. They should have been honest with me in the first place and not wasted my time.

Description of Work: Amazing! They came to do the basic repair, roof inspection. They showed me where wood in the attic was rotten and I could touch the shingles from inside. I needed a new roof. They explained what I needed, what the options were including a whole range of prices and what did NOT need to be done. It became obvious they were not trying to rip me off. My new roof is beautiful. They were very professional and fortunate for me, exceptionally kind and understanding when I had a medical emergency while they were her. I would 100% recommend them.

Description of Work: These were two very nice young men (brothers)who work for their father's roofing company. They came to fulfill their offer of a "roof analysis," a $99.00 special they offered on Angie's List. They contacted us very promptly and arrived promptly to do the analysis. One of the brothers climbed up onto the roof and took notes on the condition, needs, etc. which he presented to us very clearly and in detail. However, their cost estimate of $24,000.00 for installing a new roof (taking off two old layers of asphalt shingles) was more than a bit breath taking. We have subsequently received two-plus other estimates for less than half.
