I inquired on my electrical issue on a Sunday via Accurate Electrical's online portal, describing my issue. I had two outdoor electrical outlets that were not working. I received a call back the very next day! Totally impressed with the call back in that short a timeframe! The technician had me perform some basic checks in my home, just to ensure it wasn't a simple fix that didn't require a service call for nothing. I totally appreciated that too! In the end, both my exterior outlets had been ruined by the elements over the years, and not only did they replace them, but they added bubble housing covers to keep the elements out, and I also asked if I could get a dual GFI set-up, which they did. This way, I can reset the GFI from either the front or the back outdoor outlet. Great service, incredibly fast responses, and quality work. Very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

Ok - initial installation of wall switch was unacceptable (cut wall hole too large, plate didn't cover). Could have simply provided a larger cover plate, but they didn't have the part on truck. So, Accurate made accomodation on price.

Ceiling fan installs went smooth as expected! I have used Zaim and Accurate Electric many times over the last 7 years. At my new home in Norwalk, Naz has come down and installed 3 ceiling fans beautifully. Later in the fall, I will hire them to install and run a 220/240V line for a washer/dryer hook up. At my home in Waterbury, Zaim and his team repaired GFI outlets, install dimmer switches, and run power into the middle of a room where there was none- twice! Once for a ceiling fan in living room, once into the kitchen for a pendant light above kitchen sink. Always prompt communication, good prices, clean and excellent work!

Courteous, answered my questions, very professional, made short work of my lighting problems and fixed a botched job from the builder as well (had a rogue light that had no switch controlling it, literally stays on if any bulb is screwed in). Sought out and fixed other problems after solving the primary one, highly recommend.
