Description of Work: I came home the night of Oct.6th to find the electrical service wire hanging down low in the side yard; the strain relief cable in the wire had broken and the weight of the wire had pulled the service conduit off the side of the house, apparently because the pvc straps holding the conduit had become brittle. Luckily we did not loose power. I found Accurate Electrical on Angie's List and called them the next morning, describing the situation as an emergency. (Their listing on Angie's said they do emergency work, and they had a bucket truck.) An employee showed up at 11 AM, took pictures, and sent them to his boss, who sent him to get the bucket truck. He suspended the job he was working on to solve my problem. It took the two of them about three hours to repair the service. I really appreciate them coming to my aid so quickly and doing such a professional job. I will definitely hire them in the future for any electrical projects.

Description of Work: EVERYTHING WENT JUST FINE WITH ONE EXCEPTION. CONTRACTER - ACCURATE ELECTRIC-- PLACED BUSINESS SIGNS ON MY PROPERTY. HAD I BEEN ASKED ABOUT PLACING SIGNS I WOULD HAVE SAID NO. NOTHING PERSONAL. iT IS JUST NOT MY STYLE.

Description of Work: Clearly explained primary issue over the phone to provider. Provider understood the problem and provided all indication that he could do the job. When his employees came to my house they had nothing to do because my issue wasn't something they could fix. I paid for nothing. I was looking around for things to give them to do. They spent 10 mins and left. Reached out to the owner and his response was, what do you want from me? His workers were pleasant, that was the only positive from this experience.

Description of Work: Located problem and fixed an outlet that wasn't receiving power, and did so quickly and efficiently. They arrived later than scheduled, but this was due to my address not always being correctly found by GPS'es (it's a long story) and Angie's List not providing my phone number to them, so they had no way to contact me when they were lost until I called to find out why they hadn't arrived yet. Once I contacted them, they arrived promptly. No complaints and I definitely would use this company again.

Description of Work: I called Accurate for an issue I was having with one of my rooms in my house. Accurate made recommendations and provided a cost estimate. They showed up on time, did the work quickly and were very professional. I would used Accurate again and definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: Installed four new ceiling fans, no wiring present at those locations and moved two fans. Ran into a small problem (mine not theirs)and they allowed me to run to Home Depot to purchase what was needed. They are for sure the people to use!!

Description of Work: They changed my hard wire range spot into a plug so that I could get a new range. They made sure to inform me that I would need to get a cord so that I wouldn't have the range delivered and be without a way to plug it in. They also made sure that I understood the number of prongs that the cord needed to have. They were punctual, friendly and happy to educate me about things I needed to consider when ordering and installing other appliances. We will definitely use them again!

Description of Work: Upgraded to 200amp service and replaced outside box, etc. Very nice people especially the owner, who responded to my phone call immediately. Work was pretty tidy and expertly installed. I did not give full stars as they failed to give me the heads-up that they would install the main board over my cold and hot water pipes. Also I felt bad for asking the guys to go round the house to find out which breaker was connected to which light. I knew they were tired but the owner had said it was included. The price appears to be average from what I can tell from talking to the town electrical inspector.
