+ -1 moreWe called on a Tuesday and they came the next day. The representative was absolutely professional and courteous. He cleaned all the rugs in about 3 1/2 hours. The whole room rugs were all a light buff color (I know, WHAT were we thinking??) They were very dirty with many spots. He did an absolutely WONDERFUL job, getting out stains (pet and others) that we were sure were there forever. They really did look like new. Would very highly reccommend this service.
