+ -1 moreFrom the moment we called he called back right away and set up a quote for us.. Joe was professional and knowledgeable. The price was fair and reasonable, the set up a day and was on time and his son Rob and Tyler were not only polite and professional but truly knowledgeable. They did an amazing job and they came back to finish the job installing our new lighting and changing out our switches and outlets would highly recommend and definitely use again!
Description of Work: Panel box was out of code and needed upgrading Also installed new lighting and replaced all switches and outlets.

+ -1 moreI received a phone call from Signature Property Services within 5 minutes of requesting quotes on Angie's List. Joe was pleasant, respectful, and listened to what my concerns were. Joe was very thorough checking the house for any excessive electrical draw and even spotted and replaced a small guage wire attached to a breaker. No issues were found in the house's electrical system so he also offered to help me if needed in dealing with the power company.

+ -1 moreEmailed him at 6:00am, he called at 7am, work done by 1pm. Very reasonable flat rate plus parts, said 'no charge if I can't find what's wrong'. Great job, fast, and perhaps most important compared to other electricians in the area: he called back!!! Will hire him again and recommend to others.
