Tommy from Suburban Wildlife texted me right away with a quote and offered to perform services same day. He showed up on time and performed the required work and cleaned up. Only 4 stars as the clean up wasn't complete.
Description of Work: Removal of wasp nest from bottom of 2nd story gutter. Treatment of area to prevent return.

Tom saved my life. Literally! We discovered flying squirrels were entering our home through an open eave in our roof and accessing our finished attic, which at the time was our children’s bedroom. Can you imagine the horror? We made every attempt to resolve it ourselves but after five sleepless and scary nights I finally found Tom and he came out to the house promptly to tell us what what happening and how he could fix the problem for us. Tom was kind and showed me so much compassion (I was stressed, sleep deprived and ready to move!) He came out on a Friday afternoon to put things in motion to prevent the squirrels from entering the house and by Monday the problem was resolved! I would definitely recommend Tom and hire him again, though I hope I never have to. 🙂

The entire process was done professionally and ethically. I have not had a bat enter my home since the entry points were sealed. I would absolutely hire Tom again.

Having bats fly around your house is an extremely stressful issue and Tom did everything to calm our nerves, extract the bats and make sure they never came back. Tom is extremely professional and pleasant to work with. I would certainly hire him again.

Description of Work: This company was used at our condominium recently to remove squirrels from one of the building's attic and they did an outstanding job. They set up the traps on day one , caught the squirrels by day two, removed them to to a wooded area a long distance away from our condo and then checked the attic to make sure there were none left. They even put a wire covering over the hole in the building to prevent any other critters from entering before we had our carpenter repair it. I would definitely recommend them, they are friendly, efficient and their pricing is excellent. Thanks so much Suburban wildlife for your help we all appreciate it.
