I am writing to provide a strong recommendation for Tom Pepe, owner of Suburban Wildlife who recently safely removed a fox from under my porch. From the moment I contacted Tom, I was impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and quick response time. The situation was concerning as we own a small dog and two outdoor cats and I was unsure of how to handle it. However, Tom not only responded promptly but also ensured the safety of both the fox and our pets. Tom took great care in assessing the situation and used humane methods to safely relocate the animal without causing harm. Throughout the process, Tom was courteous, efficient, and took the time to explain his approach. Tom demonstrated clear expertise and a deep understanding of wildlife, making me feel confident in his services. Suburban Wildlife Solutions (Tom) was extremely unprofessional, a liability and would not recommend anybody use him. After using him in the past for snakes, we called him for a bee problem. He showed up to address the bee problem but during the visit the smell of liquor became extremely noticeable. Upon completing his work, he stated he would be back out the following Monday free of charge to make sure they were gone. Upon Mondays arrival, he failed to show up, communicated via text with rambled words, and refused all phone calls and texts after saying he would be out. Complete fraud and don’t recommend as he takes your money and runs.

Tommy from Suburban Wildlife texted me right away with a quote and offered to perform services same day. He showed up on time and performed the required work and cleaned up. Only 4 stars as the clean up wasn't complete.

Tom saved my life. Literally! We discovered flying squirrels were entering our home through an open eave in our roof and accessing our finished attic, which at the time was our children’s bedroom. Can you imagine the horror? We made every attempt to resolve it ourselves but after five sleepless and scary nights I finally found Tom and he came out to the house promptly to tell us what what happening and how he could fix the problem for us. Tom was kind and showed me so much compassion (I was stressed, sleep deprived and ready to move!) He came out on a Friday afternoon to put things in motion to prevent the squirrels from entering the house and by Monday the problem was resolved! I would definitely recommend Tom and hire him again, though I hope I never have to. 🙂

The entire process was done professionally and ethically. I have not had a bat enter my home since the entry points were sealed. I would absolutely hire Tom again.

Having bats fly around your house is an extremely stressful issue and Tom did everything to calm our nerves, extract the bats and make sure they never came back. Tom is extremely professional and pleasant to work with. I would certainly hire him again.
