I was looking to purchase an awning and checked a few places and decided to purchase it from Joel at graphics unlimited.A few placed were a little cheaper but if possible I like to spend locally.I ordered it in early may and he said that it would be installed by memorial day which it was.His son arron and two co workers showed up to install the awning.They had problems finding studs to secure the brackets to the house.Two of the brackets are supposed to be placed within 3 ft of the end of the awning on each side. This wasn' t done because of the stud problem,they placed 4 bracets more near the center of the awning because thats where they could attach the brackets easiest and catch the stud with the top and bottom holes of the bracket. They attempted to roll out the awning this way and it came out very uneven with the left side being higher than the right side.They then retracted the awning and placed 2 more bracets at the end of each side of the awning only catching the stud in the top hole of the bracket but at least it made it more secure.When the awning is opened ,it bunches up in the middle and is now after more use starting to bunch up on the ends also.I feel this is because the brackets were not placed properly the 1st time.They left without giving me any paper work or a bill of sale.I called joel twice about the paper work and was tolded he would look for it and get back to me.Finally after no return call I went to his business and he was able to locate it for me.I explained to him that the awning was now starting to bunch up on the ends also and he said that he would come over thur and take pictures for the warranty .Its been one month and he still hasn`t showed up.I feel once he installed it and got paid he doesn`t want to bother with me anymore.I can`t speak for other aspects of his business but my awning purchase and his customer service were terrible.Funny thing ,when I went to write this review my awning was pictured in the photos for his business.
