Overall experience was excellent the wife was very happy that she didn't have to take a cold shower. I would recommend Tower Energy to everyone.
Description of Work: Tower Energy removed old hot water tank and replaced it with a new one. They were prompt, courtesy, clean, professional and all work was done on budget. I call on Sunday afternoon and had a new heater installed Monday morning. Tower Energy had a technician at the supply house when it opened and were back at my house installing the new tank ASAP.

The arrived promptly for the heating quotation. The sales person was very pleasant and pointed out what was necessary. He sent via email a detailed quotation for the job plus air conditioning if we wanted to add that.
Description of Work: We use Tower Energy as a supplier for propane for heating system. They also sent a sales person to obtain a quote on a new propane furnace. We decided to hold off on replacing the current furnace but would definitely consider them when the time comes. When we switched to them as a propane provider they removed the old tanks and installed nice new ones with the Tower Logo. It wasn't an easy job as the tanks were located under our deck.

I used Plainsville oil for several years. But all of a sudden I started having a lot of trouble with them. They let me run out of oil several times, and when I saw I was running low and would call them no one would come out. The receptionist was great, as she would always apologize and tell me she would do what she could. One time it was 27 degrees outside and I had a baby in the house and they still would not come out when I had already called them 3 times.
Description of Work: I used Plainsville Oil for my home heating oil. I was on a buy ahead plan and was supposed to get about 250 gallons at a time. They were to deliver my oil about every 2 months or so.
