Requested a basic service for a brand new furnace. The tech did not have the correct size filter and decided to cut open the return duct feeding into the furnace in order to fit it. Now there is an oversized filter sticking out of the return. Also, needed them to return because water was leaking from the unit. Apparently the tech forgot to reset the water pump which in my opinion is a rookie mistake. The tech felt as if my wife should've known to do this. We are not the experts. You had one job. Very disrespectful...

The total cost was very high, the invoice is not broken down for me to know exactly how much I paid for parts vs. how much for labor. When requested, I never received an answer. For a part that cost $30.00 max, I was charged $280+. So, I'm a little upset about that. Total cost for tune up was $500+

They were on time but they were way to high in cost.

Replaced hot water heater. Did an excellent job and responded immediately. After arriving work was completed within a couple of hours! Excellent customer service!

Bob from TMS came on time and got our leaking water heater problem solved so that we were able to leave on-time from a weekend trip.

I didn't have heat and they were able to respond very quickly.

They were very polite and neat and worked quickly. They also did extra work in flushing our gas water heater at no extra charge. The only negative was they found a valve that wasn't working on the furnace but did not repair it. Not sure why. It was on the invoice we got in the mail but they did not mention it to me

Too big a company Too many layers. I requested a routine service repair. Was given a 7 day later date and time. Was told I would get a confirmation call. Never happened . On the day and time of my scheduled service repair.....no call , no one showed up, when I called, service rep said sorry, too many emergencies , no other explanation. Next service call another 8 days away. Totally unacceptable when I already waited a week. Two days later routine call fixed by other contractor not on home advisor all is well. Bad web site. Think it is fixed by false positive recommendations . Let's see how long this feedback shows up.
