Description of Work: called and spoke with Jeff on the 19th. He has not contacted us to let us know how long it will take for him to see the job and quote nor the timeframe to complete. By now we should have received a courtesy call even to let us know he can't get to us until xx days/weeks

Description of Work: My Casablanca Fan was not working properly. They came believing they would be able to repair it, but could not. They suggested trying to get the part on line and they would get back to me. I became connected to a Casablanca Repair Service - Mark Graham - who only repairs Casablanca Fans. All and all - Phase to Phase Electric were Very professional. Came right on time. They put cloth down up my stairs and floor when he came. They are very considerate. I would give them 5 stars.

Description of Work: Responded in timely manner to phone call and came on time the next day. Jeff was pleasant, attentive, responsive and clear. He immediately fixed the two most pressing matters and returned two days latter, again as agreed to fix the other items. He is knowledgable and easy to get along with and seems to be genuinely interested in the customer's undesrstanding. I look forward to his return for more extensive work. I wish all contractors were like him!

Description of Work: I hadn't used the electricity in my garage for almost 2 years, because an electrician that I hired for another job told me that there was a short (drawing 2.5 amps) in the underground wire going out to my garage. Not wanting to go another winter without electricity in the garage, I called Jeff to get an estimate of the cost to tear up the ground and replace the wire. To my surprise Jeff told me that there was no short! Apparently the circuits in the garage that a friend and I had rewired in the spring fixed whatever was wrong! The power has been on to the garage ever since and it's clear that there is no short! Thank you Jeff for an honest and accurate assessment!

Description of Work: Jeff answered the phone everytime I called, and fit my job (installation of a manual transfer switch) in within a week, despite being sick as a dog. Incredibly professional for a guy who looks young, his expertise and reasonable pricing made it an easy choice to have him do the installation. The job ended up taking more time than he originally thought but didn't tack on additional cost. I would definitely use him again, as the end product was professionally done, looks clean and tight, and will be useful for the next power outage. Thanks Jeff.
