Phase to Phase Electric LLC

They were out here for two and a half hours and they only charged us from the time they installed the light because they didn't actually complete the work for the thermostat. they have flexible hours. They can accommodate short notices. They are also available on Saturdays which is important to us. They were always on time and clean up after themselves. We would use them again and again. The billing was easy and their prices were reasonable and fair. They even give free quotes.

We had made arrangements for a date previous to this and he forgot and was a no show. He did call a couple days later and we made another appointment for him to come and do the work. The work took maybe 1 1/2 hours to do. He was to come back and install and dedicated outlet for the stove and the microwave and I expected to hear back from him. He never called to make that follow up appointment and ultimately I did have that work done by someone else. I guess he is very busy. If you were to ask me if I would use him again I would say yes but I would be extremely diligent with following up with him about the appointment date and any rescheduling. I was his first referral on FB quite a few years ago and he is a very nice and respectful young man.

The work was performed promptly, efficiently, and I feel they kept the costs in line considering the amount of work that had to be done. Two electricians worked seven hours in our condo that was a repossession. I would recommend this company to any homeowner

a light fixture was not working in the basement when the switched was turned on - pulled off the switched plate, moved some wiring around, adjusted the fixture (it had loosened from the column). This fixed the problem. He also took a look at another light (i had not mentioned in my initial call for service) that was not working, figured out that the problem was the type of bulb i was using and not a wiring/fixture issue. I called this company in the afternoon while i was still at work and told them i did not have any light in my basement as of that morning and i was very worried that it might be a wiring issue and perhaps start a fire. They responded by asking me what time would i be able to meet someone there....I told them probably not any sooner than 6:30 p.m. and they responded by saying "ok ...we'll have someone there asap". Very friendly and helpful, sympathetic to my problem. The worker arrived about 5 minutes ahead of schedule, and found my townhouse (amoung 465 units) without even having to call me to get directions (i was very impressed - normally maintenance workers/delivery workers have to call me to get to the actual unit). The worker was very polite and very fast and efficient and a $75 fee for an urgent same day call seems very reasonable to me. I will definately be giving them a call for any future electrical work.

Everything he said he would/ could do he did well. Reliable. Respectful. Cleaned up.

Can't say enough about Phase to Phase...spot on time, cleaned up, informative, all the good things for which one hopes. I was dealing with a very tight deadline, and they worked around my schedule. I was very happy with everything.

I gladly give Phase to Phase Electric an A+. Jeff and his team were punctual and polite. When arriving at my home they introduced themselves, waited for me to acknowledge them and for me to open the door to let them in. The work was completed within the time frame I was given. All lights that were turned on in the area where they were working were turned off when they left. My insurance company said the charge for the work done was on target. An inspection had to be done, and the inspector said Jeff?s team did exactly what they were supposed to do, how they were supposed to do it. What more could you ask for!

The entire "team" was wonderful. So easy to work with, very responsive to phone calls and very prompt with arrival time. Did a great job and even cleaned the area they were working in before they left the job.

All went well; it was a small job, but important. Additionally, the technician discussed future work I'd asked about; and he seemed to know just what to do. Very competent. This was "big deal" I'd purchased, but I'd use this company in the future for electrical repairs.

I called Phase to Phase and Laura took my info and told me she'd call right back with scheduling info. She did indeed call right back and told me that Sean would be there within the hour and he showed up after about thirty minutes. He found the issue quickly and was able to rectify it. He also answered some questions that I had about another potential project. Quick response and professionalism will a has made Phase to Phase my electrician of choice

OK but overlooked a cercuit breaker switched on

Jim was very professional, arrived on time and performed the work in a timely manner. I purchased a Big Deal and I thought the price was reasonable for the work performed. I will definitely use Phase to Phase Electric for any future electrical work and I highly recommend them.

Not yet. They explained about using their coupon via the web for$25 discount from the service cost. They would charge $60 for a visit. If they find anything that needs repair they will waive $69 and then use $25 discount from the total repairs. I am nervous about the unknown repair cost as they said it depends on what they can see from there. I mentioned about $75 aS OFFERED by this Angie's list. They said if the repair cost exceeds $150 and then will apply $75 for $150 plus the rest in case.

The technician came out on a Saturday morning and did all the work very professionally. He was prompt on arrival time and quickly transitioned from one task to the next. I am extremely pleased with the work performed and price. I have been bragging to friends so much about my satisfaction that they are assuring me they want to use Phase to Phase for the next electrical job at their home.

Came out to inspect a recessed halogen light that had shorted out. Was able to squeeze us in first thing in the morning, despite a late afternoon call. Assessed the situation and had great follow up for providing information about potential switch to LED or replacing the fixture. Once we decided to replace the fixture, there was a hiccup with structural/plumbing issues to remove the old fixture. They brought in a plumber to fix the situation at a reasonable cost. Even after the fixture was installed, and I noticed a flickering bulb that same evening, they were back at the house the afternoon I called to assess what was going on. It was just my bad bulb, but I appreciate the swift response. Very pleasant and knowledgeable!

I haven't gotten the bill yet; they will mail it to me. They did a good job. They were very courteous. They sent somebody over ahead of time so the guy doing the work knew everything to do. He had a list already and didn't just come in on the blind. They were very professional. They were good guys and did a nice job.

Very well, and the price was very reasonable, but I haven't included what we paid. They do very neat work. Clean up was good. On time. They did what they said they were going to do.

Pleasant, Very Professional, Explained what he was doing and then showed me what he did. I asked for his card and placed it on my refrigerator. I told him I would definitely call him in the future. When I called to make the appointment, the owner, Jeff Davis answered the phone himself and he was actually the one who did the job. So refreshing to have the owner come. You can tell he had alot of pride in his work.

Everything went great. Jeff was prompt and professional and gave us a quote right away for the work to be done. He was able to come and drop the wires and put in the outlet box for the microwave on very short notice because the contractor doing the kitchen remodel called us to say he could squeeze us in sooner than anticipated. After the cabinets were installed he came back and finished up. We will definitely call him for any future electrical work

He got us the quote in 24 hours of looking at the job, and his price was right in line with the other quotes we received. Jeff was great. Very responsive with emails and phone calls. Answered any questions I had regarding the fan installation and recommend a nice quiet fan - giving me two options and explaining each. Jeff arrived on time, went right to work and cleaned up after himself when he left. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will use him in the future for any electrical work I may need.
