 + -1 moreThe owner (John Cerniglia) is quite the professional. When he says he is going to show up to give a quote or perform work (I have used him in the past) he is there on time, every time. He may not be the cheapest guy on the block but he only does quality work. I'll take quality over cheap any day. This is the third time I've used John in the last several years and have totally satisfied with his service and the quality of work. Regards, Bob Kennedy Plainville CT
