Stephane, and the installers, were wonderful to work with. Very responsive and both rooms came out great! She reminded me of the little details like backsplashes, toe kicks, decorative end panels, etc. Both projects came out wonderful.

I called as I was about to close on my condo. I was asking for a lot! Ispoke to Stephanie and explained that I was hoping to have a new kitchen counter top installed before I moved in;which would take place in about three weeks. And, my closing hadnt taken place, so they wouldn't be able to take any measurements. To my surprise, Stephanie reported back to me that they would take measurements as soon as the closing took place and that my counter top could be installed before I moved in. WOW! Was I ever pleased! I had also planned to have new counter tops made for my two bathrooms. But, I was willing to have that done after the move. However, when I was cleaning the bathroom cabinets, I noticed that the cabinets were covered with a paper that was beginning to come unglued from the cabinets in both of my bathrooms. I didn't want to have new counter tops installed on the existing cabinets only to have to have the cabinets, as well as my countertops, removed in the near future. There is no guarantee that the counter tops would have survived the removal, So, I hired Connecticut Solid Surface to make custom cabinets as well as a wall cabinet. Stephanie made sure that the cabinet layouts were going to work for me, as I have very little storage in my condo. She was also very concerned because both of the bathrooms have floor and floor to ceiling tiles. We worked with a carpenter to do the de-construction so that there was no or very little damage to the tiles. As a result, I had no tile damage and the cabinets and counter tops look amazing! I highly recommend Connecticut Solid Surface for any kitchen and bathroom construction or remodels!

Wonderful

They have a nice showroom in Plainville, CT where you pick the countertop. They come out and measure and explain the installation procedure and then install when the installation fits into the construction schedule. They were punctual and did a great job .

The whole process was great. I made a 50% deposit payment when I decided to place my order with them. The next day Paul invited me to their factory in Bristol. I was walked through the yard and showed all the granite options in my price range. All the little details of each piece were pointed out and explained to me on the spot. Great knowledge. When I selected the one I wanted, Paul scheduled or a gentlemen to come to my house for templating. Very friendly and thorough. A few short days late the two gentlemen came to perform installation. They were timely and professional. The Job was well done and I couldn’t be happier. Sing mounting and caulking was professional quality. They cleaned up and left the place in better shape than when they arrived. The flowing week after returning from a business trip I called CT Solid Surface to arrange the payment of my balance, and a receipt was in my mailbox two days later. I would absolutely go back to these guys and recommend them to anyone, as I already have a few times since. A+

Very quick and easy - and affordable

These folks are excellent. They are the most professional company I've dealt with. We had several different workers come in from CT Solid Surface depending on the task. Each individual knew his job to a tee. All were focused on attention to detail. Ray (owner) came over several times to do some of the work and check on all of the work. We needed a cabinet trimmed to fit the refridgerator. This was done perfectly and the stain was matched exactly. The entire job was done within 4 weeks. We even got to choose which parts of the granite would be used on the counter tops. I highly recommend them!!! Great job guys!

They walked me through their in-house collection of marble. It didn't take long to find the perfect match. They completed the backsplash to the measurements expected and with matching the curves of the vanity top. Nice job.
