Description of Work: Joe shampooed all the carpets and a stairway. I've used him for over 10 years now and he always does a thorough job. He arrives on time and uses great care to ensure stains do not reappear.I've found him to be far better than other companies I've used (Ex. Sears, Stanley Steamer) and highly recommend him.He has also done us favors. When we've recalled him with spills or dog issues he's come out quickly to remedy the immediate problem.
